This simple MILO® Banana Smoothie provides both protein and carbohydrates to fuel your champion with winning energy anytime. Try it today!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Teaspoons (22g) MILO® Powder
  • 30ml Milk
  • 70ml Hot Water
  • 90g Bananas, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes

MAKE IT:

Dissolve 22g MILO® in 50ml hot water

Add banana and MILO® mixture into a blender

Add 30ml unsweetened milk, ice cubes and blend until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into your serving glasses and take a sip of it!
