INGREDIENTS:
- 250g store-bought plain pancake mix
- 1 egg (optional)
- 4 heaped tbsp of MILO®
- ½ medium-ripe banana, mashed coarsely (or to taste)
- ½ cup quick-cooking oats
- ¼ cup (20g) desiccated coconut (for rolling)
- ¼ cup (35g) MILO® (for rolling)
HOW TO MAKE IT:

Prepare your pancake mix according to the instructions written on the box. Add the egg if you’d like to. , rich_text

Mix in the MILO®, the mashed banana, and oats. Add the milk to slightly thin the batter., rich_text

Over a low heat, lightly butter the pan and pour in ½ cup of prepared pancake batter. Once bubbles form on top, flip over to the other side to cook both sides evenly., rich_text
